A civilizational experience, built in the open

The Ramayana, retold by an ocean.

A next-generation immersive experience where India's civilizational wisdom meets world-class storytelling, technology, and performance — narrated by Princess Suriratna to a curious baby whale across a 200-day voyage from Ayodhya to Korea.

Narrative Architecture

Not a retelling. A conversation.

Every episode of the Ramayana becomes the answer to a question a child would actually ask — carried across the water by two unlikely companions.

Princess Suriratna, a descendant of Lord Rama, narrates her civilizational inheritance during a legendary 200-day sea voyage from Ayodhya toward Korea — not a deity performed on stage, but a descendant sharing what she carries.

Her companion, Maanchi, a baby whale, asks the questions a modern audience already asks. The epic doesn't change — only the door you walk through to enter it does.

This framing keeps the work a respectful step from devotional performance convention, while opening it to every culture the voyage passes through.

Experience Design

The venue doesn't host the story. It becomes it.

Projection mapping, kinetic scenery, drone choreography, and flying theatre transform the space into Ayodhya, the forest, Lanka, and the open sea in sequence.

Living Architecture

The Vavora Ship

A 30,000-seat venue built as a fictional ancient ship with three gateways — a landmark silhouette designed to be recognized the way an opera house is.

Technology

AI & Drone Choreography

AI-driven characters, drone swarms, robotics, and volumetric capture build environments that respond and evolve rather than simply play back.

Live Artistry

Cirque-Level Performance

Kalaripayattu, Mallakhamb, aerial silk, and orchestral composition — traditional forms staged at global spectacle scale.

Global Touring

A Rotating World Tour

Ten days in India, then a rotating international cadence — Dubai, Korea, and beyond — following a Cirque du Soleil-style touring model.

The Mascot

Maanchi — the emotional heart of the franchise

The safest, highest-ROI asset in the entire ecosystem

A minimalist, huggable baby whale wearing a flowing bhagwa scarf — inspired by Rama's angavastra — Maanchi carries the emotional promise of the whole franchise independent of any religious content.

Plush-first, silhouette-first, and built to scale from an app icon to a parade balloon. Sellable in pure children's-media contexts where the live production doesn't need to reach.

How We're Building This

Open, not confidential. Collaborative, not solo.

This concept is being shared deliberately in the open — closer to how an open-source project grows than how a studio guards a script. We'd rather move fast with the world's best collaborators than move alone and slow.

Concept stage — actively evolving Open for collaboration Founding Conclave forthcoming
01

Shared, not gated

The full concept book, narrative architecture, and production framework are shared openly with anyone genuinely building toward this — no NDA wall before the conversation even starts.

02

Credit follows contribution

Scholars, technologists, choreographers, and studios who shape the work are named as co-creators of the founding concept, not anonymous vendors.

03

Global by design

We're actively seeking collaborators across Korea, France, Dubai, Los Angeles, and India — the voyage's own geography is the invitation list.

04

Many ways in

Join as a creative partner, technologist, cultural institution, investor, or simply a scholar who wants the epic told well. There is no single "right" door.
